The accounting records must be started immediately upon the day that the company has been legally registered according to the announcement of the Department of Business Development regarding type of accounting, note, description, accounting period and supporting documents for accounting report (Announcement year 2001) Prepare a financial statement for audit and submit the statement within 30 days of the day of receiving the approval from the shareholders meeting (within 150 days from the end of accounting period). Keeping the accounting records and all supporting documents for at least 5 years from the closing date of the accounting period at the office or a place used for manufacturing or storage. For a specific inspection which is approved by the Director and the Ministry, they may be an order to maintain all significant documents for accounting for more than 5 years. With all of these processes, we are willing to provide advisory either in regulations or practice which are compatible with the Department of Revenue.
